For quick sample identification and change of measurement settings, an RFID tag (RFID = Radio Frequency Identification) can be linked to a sample name and measuring method on your DMA™ 35 (Model Tag&Log, Ex and Ex Petrol of Version 3; produced from 2009 until mid of 2017; all versions of DMA™ 35 Version 4) or Snap 51. Before starting your measurement you can scan the tag to change the settings on your instrument within one second. This ensures perfect traceability of your results and a very efficient measuring process. This black disc tag with 30 mm diameter is made of PPS+Epoxy and has good chemical resistance. It is programmable (chip type Hitag S2048, 125 kHz) so you are not limited regarding the number of sample names and measuring methods. The information stored on a specific tag can by read out by any DMA™ 35 or Snap 51 which is equipped with an RFID interface (usage is instrument independent).
